Aktualisierung der E-Mail-Benachrichtigung "Rückgabe erstellt" bei Umtausch

Wenn dein Shop angepasste Benachrichtigungsvorlagen verwendet, musst du deine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung für die Erstellung von Rückgaben möglicherweise manuell aktualisieren, um sicherzustellen, dass sie funktioniert, wenn du Umtauschartikel zu einer Rückgabe hinzufügst.

Für diese Änderungen sind Kenntnisse des Codes erforderlich, der in den Benachrichtigungsvorlagen von Shopify verwendet wird. Wenn deine Vorlagen stark angepasst wurden und du dir nicht sicher bist, wie du die nötigen Änderungen vornehmen sollst, wende dich an den Entwickler, der die Änderungen vorgenommen hat. Oder klicke auf Auf Standard zurücksetzen, um deine Vorlage in ihrer ursprünglichen Form wiederherzustellen. Wenn du zum Standard zurückkehrst, werden alle deine Anpassungen entfernt, aber die Standardvorlage stellt sicher, dass du die aktuellste Version der Vorlage hast.

Aktualisiere die E-Mail-Benachrichtigung "Rückgabe erstellt"

Du kannst die Benachrichtigung Rückgabe erstellt aktualisieren, um folgende Änderungen einzuschließen:

  • Bei einem Umtausch gegen eine Nettozahlung kann ein Kunde jetzt eine Zahlungsaktion (Schaltfläche Jetzt kaufen) in seiner Rückgabe-E-Mail erhalten. Dazu gehört auch die Aktualisierung des Anweisungsteils der E-Mail, um den ausstehenden Betrag widerzuspiegeln, den ein Kunde schulden kann, und die Anweisungen werden an den Anfang der E-Mail gesetzt.
  • Ein neuer Abschnitt, der die Umtauschartikel unter der Überschrift Empfangbare Artikel anzeigt und den Abschnitt Rückgabeartikel in Zurückzugebende Artikel umbenennt.
  • Eine Finanzübersicht mit den Kosten für die Rückgabe und den Umtausch von Artikeln sowie den anfallenden Rückgabegebühren ist in der Rückgabe-E-Mail enthalten.

Schritte:

  1. Gehe in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich zu Einstellungen > Benachrichtigungen.
  2. Klicke auf Kundenbenachrichtigungen.
  3. Klicke im Abschnitt Rückgaben auf Rückgabe erstellt.
  4. Klicke auf Code bearbeiten.
  5. Suche die erste Instanz von {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} und aktualisiere dann die Anweisungen für die Shopify Shipping-Rückgabe:
    1. Suche die <p class="return-creation__subtitle">...</p> Codezeile.
    2. Füge nach der Codezeile den folgenden Codeblock hinzu:

  1. Aktualisiere die Call-to-Action-Aktion, um die Logik Jetzt kaufen einzuschließen:

    1. Suche die Codezeile <h3>Instructions</h3>.
    2. Suche und entferne den gesamten Codeblock <table class="row section">...</table>.

  2. Füge Umtauschpositionen hinzu und aktualisiere den Titel "Artikel zurückgeben":

    1. Suche nach dem Tag <h3>Returned items</h3>.
