Cập nhật thông báo đã phê duyệt đơn hàng trả lại qua email để đổi hàng

Nếu cửa hàng sử dụng mẫu thông báo tùy chỉnh thì có thể bạn sẽ cần cập nhật thông báo qua email về Đã phê duyệt đơn hàng trả lại theo cách thủ công để đảm bảo thông báo hoạt động khi bạn thêm mặt hàng đổi trả vào đơn hàng trả lại.

Những thay đổi này đòi hỏi bạn phải quen thuộc với mã được dùng trong mẫu thông báo của Shopify. Nếu mẫu của bạn có mức độ tùy chỉnh cao và bạn không chắc chắn về cách áp dụng các thay đổi cần thiết thì hãy liên hệ với nhà phát triển đã thực hiện thay đổi hoặc nhấp vào Khôi phục về mặc định để khôi phục mẫu về trạng thái ban đầu. Tất cả tùy chỉnh của bạn đều sẽ bị gỡ bỏ khi bạn khôi phục về mặc định, nhưng mẫu mặc định sẽ đảm bảo bạn nhận phiên bản mẫu mới nhất.

Bạn có thể cập nhật thông báo Đã phê duyệt đơn hàng trả lại để thêm những thay đổi sau:

  • Đối với giao dịch đổi hàng thanh toán thuần, giờ đây khách hàng có thể nhận được thao tác thanh toán (nút Thanh toán ngay) trong email về trả hàng. Email này bao gồm thông tin cập nhật đối với phần hướng dẫn trong email để cho biết khoản nợ chưa trả mà khách hàng có thể có và các hướng dẫn được di chuyển lên đầu email.
  • Một mục mới hiển thị mặt hàng đổi trả bên dưới tiêu đề Mặt hàng bạn sẽ nhận được và đổi tên mục Mặt hàng bị trả lại thành Mặt hàng cần trả lại.
  • Một bản tóm tắt tài chính được thêm vào trong email về trả hàng với chi phí của đơn hàng trả lại và mặt hàng đổi trả, cũng như phí trả hàng áp dụng.

Bước:

  1. Trong trang quản trị Shopify, vào mục Settings (Cài đặt) > Notifications (Thông báo).
  2. Nhấp vào Thông báo cho khách hàng.
  3. Trong mục Đơn hàng trả lại, nhấp vào Yêu cầu trả hàng đã được phê duyệt.
  4. Nhấp vào Chỉnh sửa mã.
  5. Cập nhật phụ đề để thêm logic cho việc vận chuyển và số dư của đơn hàng:
    1. Tìm dòng mã {% if has_label_attached %} đầu tiên.
    2. Thay khối mã hiện có bằng khối mã sau:
