Uppdatera e-postaviseringen "Retur godkänd" för byten

Om din butik använder anpassade aviseringsmallar så kan du behöva uppdatera e-postaviseringen Retur godkänd manuellt för att säkerställa att den fungerar när du lägger till bytesartiklar i en retur.

Dessa ändringar kräver kunskap om koden som används i Shopifys aviseringsmallar. Om dina mallar är mycket anpassade och du inte är säker på hur du ska tillämpa de nödvändiga ändringarna kan du kontakta utvecklaren som gjorde ändringarna eller klicka på Återställ till standard för att återställa mallen till ursprungligt tillstånd. När du återställer till standard tas alla dina anpassningar bort, men om du återställer till standardmallen säkerställs att du har den senaste mallversionen.

Uppdatera e-postaviseringen "Retur godkänd"

Du kan uppdatera aviseringen Retur godkänd för att inkludera följande ändringar:

  • När det gäller nettobetalningsbyten så kan kunden numera få en betalningsåtgärd (Betala nu-knapp ) i sitt retur-e-postmeddelande. Denna inkluderar uppdateringar av e-postmeddelandets anvisningsavsnitt för att återspegla det utestående saldo som en kund kan vara skyldig. Anvisningarna flyttas högst upp i e-postmeddelandet.
  • Ett nytt avsnitt som visar bytesartiklar under rubriken Artiklar du kommer att få. Avsnittet Returnerade artiklar byter namn till Artiklar att returnera.
  • En ekonomisk sammanfattning ingår som en del av retur-e-postmeddelandet, med kostnad för retur- och bytesvaror, samt tillämpliga returavgifter.

Steg:

  1. Gå till Inställningar > Aviseringar från din Shopify-admin.
  2. Klicka på Kundaviseringar.
  3. Klicka på Returbegäran godkänd i avsnittet Returer.
  4. Klicka på Redigera kod.
  5. Uppdatera undertexten för att inkludera logik för leverans och orderns saldo:
    1. Leta reda på den första {% if has_label_attached %}-kodraden.
    2. Byt ut det befintliga kodblocket mot följande kodblock:
