Palautus hyväksytty -sähköposti-ilmoituksen päivitys vaihtoja varten

Jos kauppasi käyttää mukautettuja ilmoitusmalleja, saatat joutua päivittämään Palautus hyväksytty -sähköposti-ilmoituksen manuaalisesti varmistaaksesi, että se toimii, kun lisäät vaihtotuotteita palautukseen.

Nämä muutokset edellyttävät Shopifyn ilmoitusmalleissa käytettävän koodin tuntemista. Jos mallisi ovat erittäin mukautettuja etkä ole varma, miten tarvittavat muutokset tehdään, ota yhteyttä muutokset tehneeseen kehittäjään tai klikkaa Palauta oletusarvoon palauttaaksesi mallin alkuperäiseen tilaansa. Oletusarvoon palauttaminen poistaa kaikki tekemäsi mukautukset, mutta oletusmalli varmistaa, että mallisi on uusin versio.

Palautus hyväksytty -sähköposti-ilmoituksen päivitys

Voit päivittää Palautus hyväksytty -ilmoituksen sisältämään seuraavat muutokset:

  • Nettona maksettavia vaihtoja varten asiakas voi nyt saada palautussähköpostissaan maksutoiminnon (Maksa heti -painike). Tähän sisältyy sähköpostin ohjeosan päivityksiä asiakkaan jäljellä olevan saldon mukaisesti, ja ohjeet on siirretty sähköpostin yläosaan.
  • Uusi osio, jossa näytetään vaihtotuotteet Tuotteet, jotka saat -otsikon alla ja Palautetut tuotteet -osion nimeksi on vaihdettu Palautettavat tuotteet.
  • Palautussähköpostiin sisällytetään taloudellinen yhteenveto, jossa on mainittu palautus- ja vaihtotuotteiden kulut ja sovellettavat palautusmaksut.

Vaiheet:

  1. Siirry Shopifyn Admin-sivulla kohtaan Asetukset > Ilmoitukset.
  2. Klikkaa Asiakkaan ilmoitukset.
  3. Klikkaa Palautukset-osiosta Palautuspyyntö hyväksytty.
  4. Napsauta Muokkaa koodia.
  5. Päivitä alaotsikko niin, että se sisältää toimituksen ja tilauksen saldon logiikan:
