注文の請求書に関するメール通知を交換用に変更する

ストアで、カスタマイズした通知テンプレートを使用している場合、[注文の請求書] のメール通知を手動で更新して、交換アイテムを返品に追加する場合に対応できるようにする必要があります。

この変更を行うには、Shopifyの通知テンプレートで使用されているコードについて細部まで把握している必要があります。テンプレートが高度にカスタマイズされており、必要な変更を適用する方法が分からない場合は、その変更を行った開発者に連絡するか、[デフォルトに戻す] をクリックしてテンプレートを元の状態に戻します。デフォルトに戻すと、カスタマイズした内容はすべて削除されますが、デフォルトのテンプレートは最新バージョンになります。

[注文の請求書] のメール通知を変更する

[注文の請求書] の通知は、新しい項目変更コードブロックを使用することによって変更できます。このコードブロックを使用すると、項目ステータスが追加され、注文サマリーで返品アイテムと交換アイテムを識別できるようになります。

  1. 管理画面から、[設定] > [通知] に移動します。
  2. [お客様通知] をクリックします。
  3. [注文の例外] セクションの [注文の請求書] をクリックします。
  4. [コードを編集] をクリックします。
  5. デフォルトの項目変更コードブロックを選択します。
  6. 新しい項目変更コードブロックをコピーして、デフォルトのコードブロックを新しいコードブロックに変更します。
  7. [保存] をクリックします。
