Tilpas fakturaer

Send dine engroskunder fakturaer, som er anderledes end de fakturaer, du sender til dine detailkunder.

Når du sender en faktura til dine kunder via mail, genereres mailen ved hjælp af fakturaskabelonen. Denne skabelon indeholder som standard et link til en betalingsside, hvor dine kunder kan angive deres faktureringsoplysninger, vælge en leveringsmetode og gennemføre betaling. Kunderne kan betale ved hjælp af de betalingsudbydere, der er aktiveret i din Shopify-administrator.

Du kan redigere denne skabelon for at kunne tilbyde dine engroskunder alternative betalingsmetoder eller -vilkår. Du kan f.eks. tilføje en kode, som sender én faktura til kunder i din detailforretning og en anden faktura til kunderne i din engrosforretning.

Redigering af fakturaskabelonen

  1. Gå til Indstillinger > Meddelelser i din Shopify-administrator.
  2. Klik på Faktura for ordrekladde i afsnittet Ordrer.
  3. Klik på Rediger kode.
  4. Udskift koden i afsnittet Mailens indhold (HTML) med din tilpassede skabelon. Få mere at vide om redigering af mailskabeloner.
  5. Klik på Gem.

Eksempel

Den følgende kode kontrollerer, om fakturaens mail er til en engrosordre. Hvis fakturaen er til en engrosordre, indeholder mailen en vejledning til kunden om, hvordan de kan kontakte dig for at betale ordren. Ellers sendes standardfakturaen.

Forhåndsvisning af en faktura

  1. Åbn en ordrekladde, der blev sendt fra din engrosforretning.
  2. Klik på Send faktura på siden med oplysninger om ordren.
  3. Kontrollér, at den tilpassede besked er tom i dialogboksen Send faktura, og klik derefter på Gennemgå faktura.
  4. Bekræft, at fakturaen er korrekt, og klik derefter på Send faktura.
