Envía facturas a tus clientes mayoristas diferentes a las que envías a tus clientes minoristas.

Cuando envías un correo electrónico de facturación a tus clientes, el mensaje se genera con la plantilla de facturación. Esta plantilla proporciona a los clientes de forma predeterminada un enlace a una página de pago donde pueden ingresar información de facturación, seleccionar un método de envío y formalizar el pago. Los clientes pueden pagar a través de cualquiera de los proveedores de pago que estén activados en tu panel de control de Shopify.

Puedes editar esta plantilla para ofrecer a tus clientes mayoristas opciones o condiciones de pago alternativas. Por ejemplo, puedes agregar un código que envíe una factura a los clientes de tu tienda minorista y una factura diferente a los clientes de tu tienda mayorista.

Editar la plantilla de factura

  1. Desde el panel de control de Shopify, ve a Configuración > Notificaciones.
  2. En la sección Pedidos, haz clic en Factura de pedido preliminar.
  3. Haz clic en Editar código.
  4. Reemplaza el código en la sección del cuerpo del correo electrónico (HTML) con tu plantilla personalizada. Más información sobre editar plantillas de correo electrónico.
  5. Haz clic en Guardar.

Ejemplo

El siguiente código verifica si el correo electrónico de facturación es para un pedido mayorista. Si la factura es para un pedido mayorista, el correo electrónico contendrá instrucciones para ponerse en contacto contigo para pagar el pedido. Si no, se envía la factura predeterminada.

Vista previa de una factura

  1. Abre un pedido preliminar enviado desde tu tienda mayorista.
  2. En la página de información del pedido haz clic en Enviar factura.
  3. En el cuadro de diálogo Enviar factura asegúrate de que el mensaje personalizado esté vacío y luego haz clic en Revisar factura.
  4. Verifica que la factura sea correcta y luego haz clic en Enviar factura.
